The coastal city of Concarneau in the Finistère region, previously a stronghold of Brittany, is today an important fishing port. Surrounded by fortifications, the heart of the town is to be discovered on foot in order to see the timber-framed wall houses, the facades and granite gables. After La Corniche, the road leads to coves and beaches sheltered by the beautiful Concarneau bay.
